Have your products been tested by a dermatologist?

Yes!  All of our products have been dermatologically tested and are kind to skin.

Do your products have expiration dates?

Each product has it's own PAO, or period-after-opening date in which the product should be used. The time is indicated in months and can be found inside or alongside a symbol of a open cream jar printed on the packaging. Please reference your specific product's PAO to ensure you get the most use out of your products.

Do you test your products on animals?

No, all of our products are cruelty free and Leaping Bunny certified.

Is it normal to feel tingling when using the Serums?

Yes, this is normal. When it comes to using a new product or ingredient (especially those that are acidic like glycolic acid), start slowly and let your skin adjust. We recommend using this product every other night, until you build up to more frequent nighttime use.

Is Ursula Clean?

Yes! There isn’t a set definition of clean beauty.  At Ursula, being clean means “free from” toxic and questionable ingredients like sulfates and parabens, while not shying away from synthetic (or lab-created) ingredients—as long as those synthetic ingredients are safe.  Our entire collection is vegan, cruelty free, fragrance free, and dye free.
